The Iron Queen - Julie Kagawa I thought it was over. That my time with the fey, the impossible choices I had to make, the sacrifices of those I loved, was behind me. But a storm is approaching, an army of Iron fey that will drag me back, kicking and screaming. Drag me away from the banished prince who's sworn to stand by my side. Drag me into the core of conflict so powerful, I'm not sure anyone can survive it. THIS TIME, THERE WILL BE NO TURNING BACK. Talk about twists and turns! This is Julie's best book yet. I was very impressed with her world building. I had great visuals of the battles and all the warriors on each of the three sides (Summer, Winter, Iron). I was happy to see how well she tied all her characters together, surprised by the ending, and sad by what she had to do to save Nevernever. I actually got a little teary eyed during the final three chapters. My summary: If you haven't read Julie's series then you need to get to your local bookstore and grab it up. She's quite a talent and one of my favorite new YA fantasy authors. The next book in this series is Iron Knight which will be in Ash's point of view. I cannot tell you how excited I am about this. I will be on pins and needles awaiting the release. You can check out my interview with Julie here: http://www.yafantasyguide.com/author-interviews/julie-kagawa.htm
