I was thinking I was going to give this book a 4 star review until I got about halfway through. The complex characters, story climax and overall ending really sold me on the 5 stars. The four star was based on my original opinion of Anna Whitt as a character. Initially, I thought she was too good and way to innocent to be considered a “real” teenager. But as I was reading, I learned more about her life with her foster Mom, and it started to make sense. I really enjoyed her character arc. By the end of the book, I was completely in love with her.You can read the rest of the review here: http://www.fantasybookaddict.com/2012/07/21/sweet-evil-higgins-review/
